Your item will be made to order in our Portland studio. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be sewn - if you need your item sooner, please email us right away with your order confirmation. In most cases we can accommodate your rush request, however additional shipping charges may apply.
SHIPPING POLICIES - US AND CANADA
Once your item is ready, you will receive an email with tracking for your shipment. Please allow 2-4 days for delivery via USPS. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.
All orders to Canada will be shipped USPS First Class International, with expected delivery from 7-14 business days. We offer free shipping to Canada on all orders over $150, but please note that additional taxes or customs duties may apply to your order and are the responsibility of the customer. We are legally required to state the actual purchase price of your item on all customs forms.
Please make sure you are shipping your item to a secure location, once your package is marked as delivered we are not responsible for any theft or damage that may occur. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur in delivery once your package has left our possession.
SHIPPING POLICIES - INTERNATIONAL
All international orders will ship USPS First Class International, with expected delivery from 7-21 business days. First Class International packages cannot be tracked, and we are not responsible for packages taking longer than this time frame. If you have special shipping needs or are concerned about international tracking, please send us an email ahead of time. International orders under $60 ship for a flat rate of $12.50 and orders over $60 ship for a flat rate of $15.

IN STORE PICKUP AND LOCAL DELIVERY
Online orders purchased in the Portland area are eligible for pickup at our studio. If you would like this option, just send us an email after you make your purchase to let us know you are planning to pick up in person.
EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please look at our size chart prior to ordering to make sure you get the desired fit. If you have specific sizing questions, don't hesitate to send us an email for measurements, fit suggestions, etc.
Exchanges are permitted free of charge for the value of the original purchase price, minus shipping. You may also return your item for store credit, to be issued in the form of a unique discount code, valid for the amount of the original purchase price. All exchanges and store credit requests must be initiated within 7 days of the receipt of your item.
Full price and in season purchases are eligible for a refund within 7 days of date of delivery, minus applicable shipping costs. Any refunds or credits will be distributed within 1-4 business days of the receipt of your return, and will be issued via the original payment method.
Any items made with custom alterations are final sale.
Sale items or items purchased using a discount code valued at 20% or greater are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Items purchased during sample sales or archive sales are final sale.
To initiate an exchange or a return, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and date of receipt. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization via email. Eligible returns will be assigned a return authorization code, which must be included on your packing slip along with the returned item.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be received in original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject any returns that are received with odors, stains, show signs of wear or laundering, or fall outside of our 7 day return window.
Our photography represents accurate depictions of all textile colors, and we are not responsible for discrepancies that may occur due to different monitor settings.
REIFhaus will honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise should an item you purchased go on sale within 7 days of purchase date. Price adjustment will be made in the form of store credit. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for price adjustment.
CARING FOR YOUR ITEM
Our garments and accessories are made from a variety of textiles sourced from all over the world, and we do our best to provide an accurate breakdown of fiber content in each listing. Each REIFhaus piece is made with care here in our Portland studio, and we ask that you be mindful of this when washing your garment.
Unless otherwise noted, the recommended laundering method for your item is machine or hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. A gentle iron or steamer maybe be used if necessary to remove wrinkles. Our textiles are not pre-shrunk, so please make sure to only use cold water to preserve the original sizing of your garment.
We offer free repairs for life on any REIFhaus garment. Should a seam come apart, fray, etc, please contact us via email and we will facilitate the repair and return your item good as new.
