- DETAILS -

The Anais Jacket is a hybrid of a sweater and a coat. Featuring a cocoon silhouette with a notched collar and front patch pockets. It is unlined, but the inside of the textile is cozy and fleece-y and also quite thick, so it feels like a lined coat.

This jacket is open front. We love to pair it with a thick leather belt or brooch.

Crafted from a luxurious and cozy wool, woven with a horizontal rib pattern. This textile feels like a sweater but it is also thick and very soft.

Heather wool is a limited edition textile and is part of our deadstock collection, made from leftover materials from the fashion industry that would otherwise end up in landfills.

- CARE AND CONTENT -

100% wool.

Your garment is handcrafted, so please take care when laundering. For this textile, we recommend to hand wash or spot clean in cold water and hang dry. This textile is NOT pre shrunk. Wool is delicate, so we do not recommend machine washing this item.

Your item will be made to order in our Portland studio. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be sewn - if you need your item by a specific date for an event, trip, etc, please email us right away with your order confirmation.  In most cases, we can accommodate your rush request, however additional shipping charges may apply.

SHIPPING

Once your item is ready, you will receive an email with tracking for your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.

Domestic orders over $200 qualify for free shipping. US orders will be shipped USPS, with expected delivery between 2 and 5 business days.

All orders to Canada are shipped via UPS, with expected delivery from 5 to 7 business days. We offer free shipping to Canada on all orders over $200, but please note that additional taxes or customs duties may apply to your order and are the responsibility of the customer.

LOCAL PICKUP

Pickup is available at our Portland showroom. Please select 'local pickup' at checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready to arrange a time for pickup, as our showroom is currently open by appointment only.

RETURNS

Our clothing is made to order. Full price purchases are eligible for a refund within 10 days of date of delivery, and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any refunds or credits will be distributed within 1-4 business days of the receipt of your return, and will be issued via the original payment method.

Any items made with custom alterations are final sale.

Sale items or items purchased using a discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only.  Items purchased during sample sales or archive sales are final sale.

To initiate an exchange or a return, create an account using the email address associated with your order.  Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization. 

Returns must be received unworn, and in original condition. We reserve the right to reject any returns that are received with odors, stains, show signs of wear or laundering, or fall outside of our 10 day return window.

EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT

Exchanges are permitted free of charge for the value of the original purchase price. You may also return your item for store credit, to be issued in the form of a unique discount code, valid for the amount of the original purchase price.  

All exchanges and store credit requests must be initiated within 10 days of the receipt of your item.
